Beginners course stage 1
4 lessons of 4 hours each: 1 theory lesson + 2 technical/practical lessons + 1 safety camp
The fee shown on this page is a confirmation deposit which will be followed by the full balance within 2 days of the start of the course.
. Complete equipment rental for those in need
. Timetable: 9.30am-1.30pm or by arrangement
. Meeting place: according to the CALENDAR or by agreement
. It is possible to partecipate even if your skiing level is medium-low (sometimes even if you are beginner in skiing...)
. Individual rate per lesson: €140 (becomes €95 with 2 members, €75 with 3 members, €65 with 4 or more members); ask info for the different payment system)
. Ski/bindings/skins/backpack rental rate with safety kit: 20 € per lesson
. Registrations with payment of the deposit on www.montagnard-trek.com (other methods are not possible)
* For those who do not take a course, a single lesson or an avalanche safety camp are possible (“beginner ski touring experience”, ask for info)
The courses and lessons can be held mainly in BARDONECCHIA but on request also in every ski resort of the VIA LATTEA
Contenuti generali del corso - General Course Contents
Sicurezza, neve-valanghe, valutazione dei pendii, test di stabilità del manto nevoso, orientamento, valutazione nivo-meteo, campo Arva e autosoccorso, tecnica di salita e di discesa, scelta e pianificazione degli itinerari, quale attrezzatura e come usarla correttamente, preparazione fisica e alimentazione. Il programma specifico viene comunicato a richiesta
Safety, snow and avalanches, slope evaluation, snowpack stability tests, orientation, snow-weather evaluation, avalanche safety camp, ascent and descent technique, choosing and planning of itineraries, what equipment and how to use it correctly, physical preparation and nutrition. The specific program will be communicated upon request
