Completamento della prenotazione: solo ad avvenuto pagamento

Se non viene ricevuto il pagamento la prenotazione non sarà tenuta in piedi

Spostamento di data e orario: possibile ma in base a disponibilità dell'organizzazione
Shifting of date and time: possible but subject to availability of the organization
Cancellazione: solo in caso di condizioni nivo-meteo avverse (la decisione viene presa dall'organizzazione) o di salute
Cancellation: only in case of adverse snow-weather conditions (the decision is made by the organization) or health conditions
Preavviso: in caso di spostamento il cliente deve avvisare minimo 48 ore prima dell'appuntamento; in caso contrario la quota versata non verrà restituita

Restituzione quota: solo in caso di cancellazione e impossibilità di recupero
