Forefoot/Rearfoot Gel: In 1986 Asics introduced their unique GEL cushioning design. It transforms the shock wave generated by the impact of the ground into positive energy. The volume and density of the gel is precisely calculated to retain stability. The Asics gel is a silicone based gel. It is positioned on the heel and/or under the fore-foot, depending on the technicality of the shoe and the sport requirements.
AHAR+: High resistance rubber placed in key areas of the outsole to deliver even greater grip and durability.
Carbon content ensures abrasion-resistance, durability, flexibility and lightness.
TRUSSTIC SYSTEM®: Mono-density arch support located on the mid-foot, this system guides the foot while respecting its natural motion. It ensures stability at the point of impact and guides the foot as you step.
3M® Reflective: Reflective material for better visibility at night, for safe outings.
SOLYTE: Outperforming all previous ASICS impact absorbers, this material considerably reduces the weight of the shoe. This modern copolymer is much lighter than SpEVA® and combines excellent cushioning and exceptional rebound.
WET GRIP: An outsole made from a special blend of organic and non-organic components, designed to improve traction, even on wet surfaces.
